  Hey, let's tell each other what we hate or are scared of.
• 俺は蛇が嫌いなんだ。それらは奇妙に見える。

  See, I hate snakes. They look strange.
• 俺？俺は蜘蛛が怖いんだ。それを見たら背筋がぞっとするんだ。

  Me? I'm scared of spiders. When I see them, I get chills up my back.
• えっと、俺は母さんが怖いい、、、母さんが俺の名前を読んだら、なにか悪いことをしちゃったのかどうか心配になるんだよ。

  Well, I'm scared of my mother... When she calls my name, I worry if I have done something wrong.

• すごく変なことだから言いたく無いんだけど、、俺は、、まんじゅうが怖いんだ。

  I hate to tell you this because it's very strange, but..., I'm scared of... manju.
• 何、、？まんじゅう？

• 中に練った甘い豆が入ってるあの甘い蒸したまんじゅうのことかい？

• そうそう！それでその言葉を聞いただけで湿疹が出ちゃんだよ！

  Yes, yes! And I already got a rash just by hearing the word!
• タツ、お前はまんじゅうが怖いのか？美味いじゃないか。

  Tatsu, you are scared of manju? They are delicious.
• それを言うな！気分が悪い。

  Don't say that! I feel sick.
• 家に帰って横にならないとだ。じゃあな！

  I have to go home and lie down. Bye!
• わー、、聞いたか？

  Wow... Did you hear that?
• タツはまんじゅうが怖いんだ。そうだ！

  Tatsu is scared of manju.
• 俺たちのお金を集めて、まんじゅうをたくさん買おうぜ。

  Let's gather our money and buy a lot of manju.
• そしてそれらをタツの家に放り込むんだ！

• タツがまんじゅうの山の中でもがいんてるんだ。

  Tatsu is struggling in the pile of manju
• なんて面白いんだ！

  How funny!
• しかし、しばらくすると、タツは静かになりました。
